Powder coating is a new 100% solids solvent-free powdered paint. With a solvent-free, non-polluting, recyclable, environmentally friendly, saving energy and resources, reduce labor intensity and film mechanical strength. 

Powder coatings are completely different with the general form of the coating, which is present in the fine powder state. Since no solvent is used, so called powder coating. It has two categories: thermoplastic powder coatings and thermoset powder coatings. 
The thermoplastic powder coating is made of a thermoplastic resin, pigment, fillers, plasticizers and stabilizers component composition. The thermosetting powder coating is a thermosetting resin, a curing agent, pigments, fillers and additives and other components. A thermosetting powder paint comprising: an epoxy resin, a polyester, an acrylic resin-based. 

Powder coating, mixed with a certain proportion by special resins, fillers, curing agents and other additives, and then prepared by hot extrusion and crushing screening and other processes from.
