Classification of welded joints
Welded joints is constituted by weld fusion zone, heat affected zone and its adjacent base metal. Welded joints is mainly from two aspects, one is connected to the role, another is power transmission.

Types of pipe welding joints
Different welding methods, the welded joints can be divided into welded joints, pressure welding head and brazed joints three categories. The basic types of welded joints can be grouped into five kinds, namely butt joints, T-shaped (cross) joints, lap joints, corner joints and termination connector.

Welded joints with groove
The docking connector is the ideal joints welded by force, to reduce the consumption of welding deformation and welding materials to ensure the quality of the welding, the edges of the pieces by welders processed into various forms of groove, bevel butt.
Depending on its shape, the groove of the welded joints can be divided into basic type, mixed type and special type of three categories.
Basic groove are the following: I-shaped groove; V-shaped groove; unilateral V-shaped groove; U-shaped groove; J-shaped groove.
Special groove volume slope mouth; belt pad groove; Lock Slope port; plug groove weld groove.
