Electrogas welding , generally refers to hydrogen atoms by arc dissociation of hydrogen by the atomic state transition to molecular state gives off heat to the local heating and electrochemical process of molten metal.Electric welding machine is equipped with multiple nozzles, inside the nozzle is equipped with high melting point but good conductivity of tungsten electrode and sent to a hydrogen gas manifold.Electricity, hydrogen molecules of H2, arc by high temperature arc function is decomposed into hydrogen atoms 2 h, and absorb a lot of heat.When hydrogen left arc area into the low temperature area, part of the hydrogen atoms will contact with the weld metal surface and gives off heat.
Due to the arc (4000 ~ 4500 DHS C) and hydrogen atoms emit heat, the heated to the melting temperature of the welding and welded.Because hydrogen is reducing gas, can protect weld get good weld quality.This method can produce ∅ 6 ~ 196 mm x 0.6 ~ 6 mm high carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and special steel pipe.
