Introduction of ERW Steel Pipe
There are three mainly manufacturing processed during ERW steel pipe production, including cold drawn, cold-rolled and hot-rolled. The raw material of the ERW steel pipe includes 10 #, 20 #, 35 #, 45 # which is known as the ordinary steel pipe and the 16Mn which is known as low-alloy steel pipe. On the contrary, the steel pipe made of 27SiMn, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 35CrMo is usually called as stainless steel pipe. We can use diameter and wall thickness to represent API seamless. Thick-walled seamless steel pipe is used for many purposes, such as mechanical processing, mining, hydraulic steel.
The ERW steel pipe includes hot-rolled thick wall welded steel pipe, cold-rolled thick-walled welded steel pipe, cold drawn welded steel pipe, and thick-walled welded steel pipe. The welded steel pipe of jacking structure is used in a wide span, for example, it can be used in chemical, petroleum, textile, medical, food and machinery. What is more, the ERW steel pipe can be useful for industrial corrosion resistance because of its special parts and components made of welded steel hot-rolled and cold drawn welded steel pipe. The welded steel pipe used to convey fluid meets the standard of GB/T14976-1994.
