ASTM A53 GR.B 660mm STD ERW Pipe
It’s common in the STD ERW pipe field that the max. diameter is 660mm. But the technology is developed and some mill even can produce od 720 STD ERW pipes for large diameter application pipes in engineering fields as per ASTM A53 spec, API 5L standard etc.

Larger diameter 660mm ERW pipe schedule in SCH20, SCH 30, SCH 40 std could be more widely used in gas and oil line pipe transportation, construction of bridge or building. As ERW pipe is more cost-saved than LSAW(longitudinal sub merged arc welded pipe) and have better properties than SSAW (spiral sub-merged arc welding pipe). Larger diameter ERW pipe and tube will be in larger demand in applications like gas & oil fields, piling piles, constructions etc.
