1. Heat Treatment
PSL1 requirements: J55 and K55 with the same way (rolled state delivery);
PSL2 requirements: J55, K55 product should be a whole normalized or normalized and tempered, if thick, should be normalized or normalized and tempered after thickened.

2. straightening (no difference)

3. Chemical composition (control without distinction)

4. Tensile test
J55: yield strength 379MPa ~ 552MPa; tensile strength ≥517MPa;
K55: yield strength 379MPa ~ 552MPa; tensile strength ≥655MPa;
Due to the different tensile strength, minimum elongation requirements J55 is 19%, K55 is 15%.

5. Impact
PSL1: J55 and K55 has no requirements;
PSL2: J55 and K55 minimum requirements for full-size specimens transverse impact energy 20J, full-size specimens longitudinal minimum impact energy 27J.
Couplings: J55 and K55 impact test must be done, the sample size minimum transverse impact energy 20J, full-size specimens longitudinal minimum impact energy 27J.

6. hydrostatic test (no difference)

7. Wall thickness
PSL1: J55 and K55 for measuring wall thickness no coverage requirement;
PSL2: J55 and K55 for wall thickness measurement and recording deal with entire length, preferably the surface area covered by the automatic detection system should reach 25%.

8. Non-destructive testing
PSL1: J55 and K55 grade of pipe did not do the mandatory non-destructive testing;
PSL2: J55 and K55 grade for all pipe should be one or more of the criteria set forth in 10.15.5 tested to find the inner surface of the outer surface of the pipe and can receive the level of L4 of longitudinal imperfections.

9. Identification
The Grade J55 pipe body spray with a bright green, bright green spray couplings, plus a white band;
K55 sprayed steel body with two bright green, bright green collar spraying, no additional ribbon.
